1. Acceptance
By using Angmon.io, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, applicable store/platform terms, and posted game or Discord rules. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Accounts and eligibility
Provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and do not sell, share, impersonate, or access another person’s account without permission. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Discord participants must meet Discord’s minimum age.
3. Fair play and community conduct
- No cheats, exploits, automation, unauthorized clients, fraud, payment abuse, or attempts to disrupt the game or infrastructure.
- No harassment, threats, hate, sexual exploitation, doxxing, malicious links, spam, impersonation, or evasion of moderation.
- Do not misuse tickets, reports, suggestions, voice channels, creator roles, or staff tools.
- Follow staff instructions and channel-specific rules.
4. Moderation
We may remove content; limit features; apply warnings, timeouts, kicks or bans; revoke roles; or suspend accounts to protect users and the service. Automated systems may block unsafe messages or links and escalate repeated violations. Important actions are logged and may be reviewed or appealed through support.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant Angmon a limited license to host, display, transmit, moderate and retain it as needed to operate the service, handle reports, and comply with law. Do not submit content you lack the right to share.
6. Purchases
Purchases are subject to the rules of the applicable app store or payment provider. Virtual items have no cash value outside the service unless the law requires otherwise. Refunds, chargebacks and failed purchases may require provider verification.
7. Availability and changes
We may maintain, update, rebalance or discontinue features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, permanent availability of a server, role, virtual item, feature or user-generated content.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Angmon is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, third-party platforms, or user conduct beyond obligations that cannot legally be excluded.
